What You’ll Need to Apply

Ready to make one of our floorplans your new home? Here’s what you’ll need to qualify:

Income: Combined gross monthly income must be at least 3x the monthly rent.
Credit: Applicants must meet our minimum credit requirements.
Rental History: A satisfactory rental history is required, with no outstanding balances or evictions.
Employment: Applicants must provide verifiable employment and/or income documentation.
Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required for each applicant.
Application: Each adult (18+) who will be living in the home must complete an application and pay the applicable application fee.
